Concrete Repair, Leveling and Replacement
A driveway that has settled, a patio that holds water, a walkway with a lip you catch your foot on. We repair, level or replace concrete flatwork, and we look at why it moved before anything new gets poured.
Work Included Under Concrete Services
Concrete that has settled almost always has a soil or water cause underneath it. Replacing the slab without addressing that just resets the clock.
Concrete Leveling
Lifting a settled slab back to grade without removing and repouring it.
Driveway & Sidewalk Repair
Addressing cracking, settlement and raised edges in flatwork.
Concrete Replacement
Removal and repour where a slab is too far gone to lift or patch.
Patios & Slabs
Repair and replacement of patio slabs, pads and landings.
Foundation Crack Repair
Sealing and reinforcing cracks in slab and stem wall concrete.
Approach & Curb Work
Repair where the driveway meets the street or the garage floor.
When To Have This Looked At
None of these confirm a problem on their own, but each one is worth an evaluation.
- Cracked or uneven driveways, sidewalks or patios
- Slabs that have settled below the surrounding grade
- Raised edges where two concrete sections meet
- Water pooling on a patio or walkway instead of draining
- A garage floor that has separated from the foundation
- Gaps opening under a driveway or porch slab
How We Handle Concrete Services
Find Out Why It Moved
Settled flatwork is a symptom. We look for the washout, void or grade problem underneath it first.
Lift or Replace
You get a straight answer on whether the slab is a candidate for leveling or genuinely needs replacement.
Finish to Match
New work is formed and finished to sit flush with what stays, so there is no new trip edge.

Questions About Concrete Services
Can concrete be lifted instead of replaced?
Often yes. If the slab itself is structurally sound and has simply settled, lifting it back to grade is usually faster and less disruptive than removal and repour.
Why did my driveway crack?
Common causes are soil movement under the slab, water washing out the base, tree roots, and control joints that were spaced too far apart when it was poured.
How soon can I drive on new concrete?
That depends on the mix, the thickness and the weather. We give you the specific wait time for your pour before we leave the site.
Do you repair foundation cracks as well as flatwork?
Yes. Slab and stem wall crack repair is part of this work, though a crack is sometimes a sign of movement that needs the foundation evaluated rather than just sealed.
